The sartorialist "takes pictures to share of people who I think look great." He does this mainly on the streets of New York, and his pictures are deceptively simple. But he knows what he's doing.
He's interested in people with a bit of style and individuality, more than fashion, and the people he photographs are pleased to be singled out. In fact, people in New York often walk out in the hope that they'll be spotted and appear on his blog.
